The CPO Forum promotes open discussion and provides an opportunity to share challenges and solutions in a collaborative and supportive environment.
As LGR continues to evolve, councils across England are operating in a period of ambiguity. Procurement and transformation teams must still deliver services, manage risk and prepare for a range of possible scenarios.
Through expert insight, practical experience and peer discussion, we will explore what activity should continue, how procurement can support organisational resilience, and what can be learned from councils that have already navigated structural change.
The session will focus on practical actions delegates can take now, while remaining flexible to future policy developments.
Update: We have extended the forum to two hours to allow for greater discussion and peer exchange. We appreciate that this is a lunchtime session, so if you already have meetings scheduled, please feel free to join for as much of the session as you can and drop off earlier if required.
